By becoming a member of the "Voice of Chechenia" party, you agree to these terms and commit to abide by them.

1. Voluntary Participation

Membership in the "Voice of Chechenia" party is entirely voluntary. Anyone who wishes to become a member of our party does so of their own free will and with consent to the terms set forth herein.

2. Membership Application

To become a member of the "Voice of Chechenia" party, you are required to submit a membership application through the designated form on our website. By submitting the application, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete. However, submitting the application does not automatically grant you membership.

3. Approval of Membership

Upon receiving your membership application, our party will review and approve it based on the applicable criteria and our policies. The approval of your membership is subject to compliance with our statutes, party program, and other relevant regulations. We reserve the right to reject membership applications without providing a reason.

4. Membership Contribution

Once your membership is approved, you will be requested to pay the monthly membership contribution of 30€. The membership contribution helps support our party's activities and the fulfillment of our objectives. Payment of the membership contribution is only expected after your membership is approved.

5. Confidentiality of Data

We will treat all personal data provided during the membership process as confidential and process it in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your data with third parties unless necessary for the processing of your membership.

6. Termination of Membership

You may terminate your membership of the "Voice of Chechenia" party at any time by submitting a written request to our party secretariat. Your termination will take effect upon the receipt and processing of your request.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will be effective from the date of publication. By continuing to use the website or maintaining your membership after such changes, you agree to the amended terms.
